In order to give you the best resolution of any problems we have 2 support systems.

Support by E-mail
All site and product support issues can be posted to us via the online form on this page. This support/advice is included FREE ! with your product or hosting package.

Telephone support
Where there is no specific customer support contract, all telephone support is given by support time measured in units. Each unit gives up to 20 minutes of support time per call. Support units are pre-charged from the first incident with a minimum of 5 units.

The unit rates are:
5 Units @ £75.00
10 Units @ £145.00
20 Units @ £285.00
30 Units @ £425.00

Problems and solutions:

  1. "My email account username and password is not accepted at the server"
    Answer: Due to upgrades of server software on 13-05-08 it may be necessary to add your domain name to your username. if you used "username" you will have to change it to "username@mydomain" for instance username@content-organisation.co.uk. Your password will be the same as before. If you use the same account for SPTP send mail then your may have to update this username as well under SMTP settings.
